Nothing is smells sweeter than the air as you walk through a fragrant garden, early in the morning. As you stroll along you hear the sounds of birds chirping and insects singing. As you stop to inhale the fragrance of the newly opening geranium and lavender, you are enchanted. Then you walk over to the stand of trees and sniff the lemons and oranges; you are enraptured by the scent of the cedar wood and white fir.
On the way back home you catch the aroma of thyme, rosemary, ginger, and basil. Then as you turn around for one last look, you think to yourself, I wish my home smelled as wonderful as this garden. I wish I could always feel as peaceful and joyful as I do now.
I am here to tell you can experience these fragrances in your home. These same scents can be used to help you heal mind, body, and soul. They can be made an integral part of your life and help you feel well and happy, joyful, and peaceful, day to day, when used as intended.
Since being introduced to essential oils, my life has evolved to embrace their energetic purposes and value. I use them for everything I can, from hair and body care to home care. I even use them to enrich my Reiki practice.
If you have ever enjoyed the scent of a rose, you’ve experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. These naturally occurring, aromatic compounds are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. In addition to giving plants their distinctive smells, essential oils protect plants and play a role in plant pollination.
Besides their intrinsic benefits to plants and being beautifully fragrant to people, essential oils have long been used for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health care practices. To learn more about energetic healing and the role that essential oils can play in this great work, be sure to regularly visit this site.
In addition to advocating the awareness and usage of essential oils for a variety of health and wellness purposes, I am a Holistic Wellness Coach offering one-on-one and group coaching, both online and offline. I also incorporate vibrational healing, aromatherapy, Reiki, and other aspects of energetic healing of the mind, body, soul, and Spirit into my onsite practice.
I also write about topics that will inspire and provide information to assist individuals in reaching their higher aspirations; so that ultimately they can live their life purpose holistically. I suggest books to read, videos to view, other websites to visit, and present a variety of wellness topics.
I believe my life purpose is to assist and support people on their path to health and wellness. I have learned that introducing others to certified pure therapeutic essential oils and their usage is a wonderfully powerful tool I can share that truly aids in helping people reach their wellness goals.

Essential Oil Usage, Tips, and Tricks
Medical marvels, science and technology have extended the life expectancy of man to more than double what it was in the Middle Ages. For certain procedures, operations and treatments, there is no better solution than modern medicine.
But there are other viable alternatives to health care you can perform with basic guidance.
What we consider modern medicine did not get started until the 19th century. But human beings have needed to treat mental and physical conditions since the beginning of human history.
What did people do when their child was coughing, their back ached, they developed a fever, suffered minor cuts or bruises or experienced mental problems?
They turned to nature.
And you can too, as an effective health management tool in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Essential Oils – Nature’s Own Wellness Recipe –
The practice of using herbs, plants, trees and flowers as medicine is as old as human history itself. In Southeast Asia certain herbs and plants have been used for more than 6,000 years to treat mental and physical conditions.
Chinese herbal remedies treat the whole body to maintain a healthy balance of life. This practice goes back thousands of years.
The ancient Greeks used herbs for medicinal purposes. Egyptian history shows the use of chamomile, lavender and thyme for mummification so that the deceased could pass on to the next life with optimal health. The Egyptians also used those herbs and others as medicines.
Bark, seeds, flowers, leaves and stems have been used to draw out the “essence” of a plant, herb or tree for centuries.
Essential Oils for Wellness
Alternatives to health and wellness include a nutritious diet, fitness and natural solutions. Mother Earth has provided us with the very substances to help us maintain a healthy lifestyle. Essential oils are part of this natural solution.
The drugs that pharmaceutical companies produce in the laboratory do not work like the natural therapeutic oils obtained from the earth. Essential oils detoxify the body, while pharmaceutical medications toxify it. Essential oils enhance immune system function, while pharmaceuticals depress it.
The body does not meet, respond to, or rid of pollutants introduced by man-made drugs. Essential oils are introduced into the body topically, inhaled or consumed. The oils remain an appropriate length of time, and are eliminated naturally. Simply put, the human body is natural, and so are essential oils; they complement each other. Pharmaceuticals, made of spliced-together chemicals, are not, and so they’re greeted by the body like alien invaders from another planet.
Other ways in which essential oils differ from pharmaceutical drugs include their ability to differentiate between harmful bacteria and normal flora found within the body. Essential oils are capable of distinguishing between the two, while pharmaceuticals kill indiscriminately.
Moreover, a single essential oil can offer a full-spectrum of therapeutic properties, while most prescription drugs are rather one-dimensional. Essential oils are homeostatic, meaning they are well tuned to changing body conditions and can adapt. Pharmaceutical drugs, on the other hand, are the lazy and unambitious coworker – they do their one job, without taking any more initiative than is deemed necessary…and they don’t pick up on social cues.
Unlike essential oils, which demonstrate no side effects if properly applied, pharmaceutical labels usually come with a long list of possible side effects. This is because drugs are not designed to address the underlying issues of disease.
Instead, they misinform cells, receptor sites, or the brain in order to waylay symptoms, like pain. Though they are successful in their efforts, temporarily relieving you from stress, normal bodily functions are often impacted by this misinformation.
Essential oils proactively assist optimal bodily function. For example, in this study published by JYP, the study’s objective was to uncover the mechanism by which lemongrass essential oil was effective in protecting against gastric ulcer. The oil’s gastro-protective activity was due to its synergistic interaction with the endogenous prostaglandins, which help modulate the stomach’s bicarbonate, mucus, and acid secretion, thereby protecting against injuries in the mucous membrane.
The oil works, not by confusing the body’s cells, but by proactively supporting them, in turn fortifying various biological systems.
Chakras can be unbalanced by becoming blocked (underactive). When this happens our being as a whole is unbalanced. This condition often leads to illness and/or emotional blocks, and creates an unhealthy internal environment. Essential Oils will help you balance your chakras.
